Bandai Namco Entertainment Brings Its Main Office To Irvine

On November 10, 2021, Bandai Namco Entertainment performed a ceremony for the opening of its new Irvine headquarters. For your information, it is the maker of numerous gaming titles, which include the popular PAC-MAN, Dragon Ball, and Naruto franchises.

The company now occupies an office space in Irvine that spans around 6,500 square meters. Mayor of Irvine Farrah Khan took to Facebook to share photographs from the opening ceremony where she was present with councilor Anthony Kuo.

Khan welcomed Facebook users to the new Bandai Namco Entertainment location in Irvine. Khan also said that she and councilor Kuo took part in the ceremony to welcome the international company known for PacMan, Dragon Ball and Naruto action figures. BANDAI NAMCO Holdings USA Inc., CEO cum president Shuji Ohtsu talked optimistically about the next chapter of the company in the city.

According to Ohtsu, with the latest office, his company is excited about being an accountable corporate citizen here and having a larger presence in Irvine’s business community. As for Ohtsu, there is a lot left to do when the company brings together its US BANDAI NAMCO business family into one location. At the same time, he said that they are prepared and excited about undertaking that task. Bandai Namco now looks to fill many employment positions in the city, which include a UX researcher and a marketing manager.

The brand has not only over 2.5 million Twitter and Instagram followers but also made many video games, which include Dark Souls, Dragon Ball and Jump Force. Besides the games, Bandai Namco’s subsidiary Bandai has focused on producing Gundam Universe line of action figures. For the uninitiated, the term Gundam Universe refers to Bandai’s robotic action figure line.

Blizzard Entertainment and Bandai Namco are among the most popular video game companies with office spaces in Irvine city.
